Oscar Fell is one of the co-founders of TACM3. A disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy, Oscar attended college at Drexel Institute of Technology in Philadelphia, PA to earn his BS degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduating from Drexel, he accepted a position at the US Army’s Research and Development (R&D) Laboratories at Fort Monmouth, NJ. While there he worked in various fields of R&D from miniorsation of communications equipment to supporting Space Applications. From there he moved his family to Cocoa Beach, FL, where he took a position with NASA working on the Saturn 5 Telemetry Systems in support of the Apollo Moon Program. During this time frame Oscar went on to earn his MS degree in Digital Electronics from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL. As the Apollo Moon program started winding down he became involved with the Space Shuttle’s Communication and Tracking Systems and associated Ground Support Equipment. After retiring from NASA, Oscar took a position with Lockheed-Martin. Before retiring from Lockheed-Martin Oscar was the supervisor of the Space Shuttle Communications and Tracking Team. A proud father of four, Oscar started TACM3 as a direct result of his son Mark’s vision. With hard work, determination, and pride, Oscar helped his son to bring his vision alive.  TACM3 went from being a dream to being a reality. We wouldn’t be here with out him. oscar@tacm3.com

Mark Fell is the President of TACM3. Mark is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he has served as a nuclear technician in the field of artillery. During his enlistment in the Marine Corps he has become proficient in the use of a variety of weapon systems. Mark also held a position at for the United States Air Force at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and was responsible for the safeguarding of high security military  missile launch operations .Mark is also an active Law Enforcement Official that has many years with the SWAT Team in the Counter Sniper division and is currently a Criminal Investigations Detective. Being highly trained in all aspects of Law Enforcement, he feels that his experience has lead him to invent the first TACM3 flashlight and mounting system. His concept is and always will be to “Keep it Simple and Affordable.”  And with this concept he believes to keep it American Made. Mark is a family oriented man and in his spare time enjoys many hobbies with his children. He has a variety of interest and hobbies. Whether he is hunting ( he loves his bow) or chasing that perfect wave, he always finds the time to be a dad. mark@tacm3.com

Laura Curtis is Director of Human Resources for TACM3. Laura comes from a strong family that has a long history of being in the Military, including the fact that she herself has served for the United States Air Force.  She brings over 20 years experience with all phases of Human Resources and is a great fit with our company. She is responsible for making sure all employees are happy and our office is run smooth and efficient.
As a proud member of the TACM3 family, she has 3 children and her oldest daughter is also going to follow in her mother’s footsteps by enlisting in the United States Air Force as soon as she graduates from school. Donna Tanguay is Director of Sales and Marketing for TACM3. She brings over 25 years experience with her to our team. Her family having a Military background has enabled her to be able to understand the concept of our companies products well.
With the many years she has created entire sales teams for companies and written all training materials for them as well.   She believes in being honest with her clients as she treats them as friends to ensure they are always able to call her with any issues. She has been successful with helping clients with solutions instead of problems.
